Team Biographies

Joyce Woodson, Broker/Owner

Licensed in 1987, Joyce Woodson developed her practice specializing in urban residential and commercial properties as well as advising developers of new residential projects with affordable housing components.  Recently, in an effort to bring greater value to her clientele, Joyce teamed with other professionals to create a redevelopment maximization service to help property owners identify and realize the highest and best use of their investment.

In addition to real estate, Woodson has provided business development and external affairs consulting services to non-profits and small businesses. Woodson has aided her clients to interact successfully with community and business stakeholders; navigate municipal regulations and influence public policy; communicate values and build organizational capacity; and create and implement strategies to retain and grow market share.  The Referral Project grew out of her strong belief in and support of non-profits.
